What is GQAF? The GrowQuikr Quality Assurance Framework
GQAF is the written standard GrowQuikr uses to decide when a B2B appointment counts as a qualified lead. A lead is billable only when the agreed criteria are met, the evidence is recorded and the meeting is attended. If a client questions an appointment, it is reviewed jointly, using evidence against the agreed standard and not the sales outcome.
Why a defined standard matters
Most B2B lead generation disputes come from one problem: nobody agreed in advance what "qualified" means. The client expects a decision-maker with budget. The agency counts anyone who said yes. The argument starts after the meeting, and it usually turns into an argument about whether the deal closed.
GQAF removes that argument by writing the standard down before outreach begins. A positive reply is not a billable lead. Under GrowQuikr's pay per lead model, a billable unit is a qualified, attended appointment.
The four parts of GQAF
| Part | Name | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| GQAS | Qualified Appointment Standard | Defines what qualifies. It lists the criteria an appointment must meet, and it controls billability. |
| GQR | Qualification Report | The evidence record kept for each appointment. It is the audit trail and the handover context. |
| GQRP | Qualification Review Process | The joint, evidence-based review used when a client questions an appointment. |
| Campaign metrics | Delivery and outreach health | Management indicators only. They are never additional billing gates. |
The seven core criteria (GQAS)
Each row shows what is checked, the evidence kept, and what makes the appointment non-billable.
| Criterion | What we check | Evidence kept | Fails when |
|---|---|---|---|
| ICP | The prospect's company fits the profile the client agreed, such as geography, company size and type. | The agreed ICP, matched against the prospect's company record. | The company sits outside the agreed profile. |
| Interest | A current, specific need exists and the prospect is willing to explore the client's offer. A reply like "sounds interesting" is not enough on its own. | Notes or the prospect's own wording. | No real need, or no willingness to explore the offer. |
| Budget | The prospect confirms a baseline willingness to consider the client's minimum engagement. Final commercial fit is decided in the client's sales process. | Email, LinkedIn message, call recording or note. | The prospect does not accept the client's stated minimum. |
| Timeline | The prospect is ready to start within the window the client agreed, for example 30 or 60 days. | Email, LinkedIn message, call recording or note. | The stated timeline falls outside the agreed window. |
| Role | The contact is the role or stakeholder the client specified, such as founders only. | The contact's title and details recorded against the client's targeting. | A different role attends, for example a manager when the agreement says founders only. |
| Meeting agreement | The prospect accepts a specific meeting, and the calendar invitation is issued. This happens only after budget and timeline are confirmed. | The accepted invitation. | No accepted, scheduled meeting. |
| Attendance | The prospect joins and takes part in the scheduled meeting. | The attendance confirmation in the GQR. | The prospect does not attend, or cancels. |
Thresholds and extra criteria vary by client. The core criteria stay the same. The budget minimum, the timeline window and any campaign-specific criterion are agreed in writing before outreach starts. Criteria cannot be added to appointments that have already been generated, and a request for more information does not create a new billing criterion.
How B.I.T fits inside GQAF
B.I.T stands for Budget, Interest and Timeline. These are three of the seven core criteria. B.I.T answers one question: is this prospect ready to evaluate a solution? GQAF adds ICP, role, meeting agreement and attendance, which answer a second question: did the right person accept a meeting and show up?
What GQAF does not accept: a "show of hands" lead. A prospect saying something sounds interesting is not enough. Budget and timeline are confirmed in conversation before any meeting is requested.
When an appointment becomes billable
An appointment is billable once every agreed criterion is met and the meeting is attended. What happens when a meeting does not take place depends on who caused it:
Prospect no-show or cancellation: not billed.
Client cancellation or client no-show: billable, because the prospect was already qualified and had accepted the meeting.
Example: the agreement says founders only. A manager joins instead. The client shows evidence of this. The role criterion failed, so the appointment is non-billable.
Qualification is not sales discovery
GrowQuikr records useful context where it is naturally available, such as tech stack, number of hires or trigger events. That context improves the handover but is not a billing condition. Solution fit, pricing, procurement and closing belong to the client's sales process. GQAF qualifies the appointment, not the deal, and GrowQuikr does not close deals.
How disputes work (GQRP)
Disputes are reviewed jointly against the standard agreed with the client. They are not decided on whether the deal closed, because a sales outcome depends on the client's own process.
Dispute window: disputes are raised on the day of the meeting. The exact window is set in each client's agreement and is never longer than 24 hours.
Valid basis for a dispute
- The company is outside the agreed ICP.
- The contact is the wrong role, or not an appropriate stakeholder where the agreement required one.
- A required budget signal was not confirmed.
- A required timeline signal was not confirmed.
- The required need, or a campaign-specific criterion, was absent.
- The prospect did not attend.
Not a basis for reversing billability
- The prospect chose another provider.
- The discovery call did not go well.
- The client believes the chance of closing is low.
- The prospect did not buy.
- The client's sales team judged it a weak fit after deeper discovery.
- The prospect already uses another provider, unless that was agreed as an exclusion.
Questions about GQAF
What is GQAF?
GQAF stands for GrowQuikr Quality Assurance Framework. It is the written standard GrowQuikr uses to decide when a B2B appointment counts as a qualified lead. It has three working parts: a standard (GQAS), an evidence record (GQR) and a review process (GQRP).
What makes a B2B meeting qualified?
A B2B meeting is qualified when the prospect fits the agreed ICP and role, has a current need, accepts the client's minimum budget and agreed timeline, accepts a scheduled meeting, and attends. Under GQAF, missing any one agreed criterion means the appointment is not billable.
What is the difference between GQAF and B.I.T?
B.I.T covers three signals: Budget, Interest and Timeline. GQAF includes all three and adds the checks around them: ICP, role, meeting agreement and attendance. B.I.T shows the prospect is ready to talk. GQAF shows the right person was qualified, agreed to the meeting and attended.
Who decides whether a lead is qualified?
The criteria agreed with the client before outreach starts decide, not opinion and not the sales outcome. Each criterion is either met or not, and the evidence is recorded in the qualification report.
What happens if a client says it was a bad lead?
The client raises the dispute within the agreed window, names the appointment and the criterion they believe failed, and provides evidence. The two sides then review it jointly against the agreed standard. If the criterion was not met, the appointment is non-billable. If the evidence shows it was met, it stays billable.
How long does a client have to raise a dispute?
The window is set in each client's agreement and is never longer than 24 hours after the meeting. It runs from the meeting, not from any later sales decision.
Do you charge for meetings that do not take place?
It depends on who caused it. If the prospect does not attend or cancels, the appointment is not billed. If the client cancels or does not show, the appointment is billable, because the prospect had already been qualified and had accepted the meeting.
Can the criteria change between clients?
Yes. The core criteria stay the same, but the thresholds and any campaign-specific criteria are agreed in writing with each client before outreach starts. They cannot be added to appointments that have already been generated.
Does a qualified meeting guarantee a sale?
No. GQAF qualifies the appointment, not the deal. Solution fit, pricing, procurement and closing belong to the client's sales process.
