- Name and work email address (via calculator gate and contact forms)
- Phone number (optional, via calculator gate)
- Company name (optional)
- Campaign preference data (company size, region, industry, designation, LTV, sales cycle)
- IP address and browser information (via standard web analytics)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries and strategy call requests
- To provide your Cost Per Qualified Lead estimate
- To send you the case study you requested
- To contact you about GrowQuikr services where you have expressed interest
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Where We Store Your Data
Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets via Google Workspace, subject to Google's privacy policies. Calendar bookings are managed via Cal.com, subject to Cal.com's privacy policies. We do not operate our own database for personal data at this time.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Campaign preference data (CPQL inputs) is retained for 12 months.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies
